Frankfurter Book Fair 2023 was a fantastic event wherein every author and reader who visited the event had so much fun.
Readersmagnet in Frankfurt Book Fair 2023 was a blast, and we had tons of fun with our authors, visitors, and online viewers. Hundreds to thousands of people attended the book fair, and it was so nice to see everyone come together to participate in the world’s largest book fair. We are excited to share some of what we did here.
Let’s start with the beginning and tackle how the event could keep going despite the many terrible things happening today!
How the Frankfurter Book Fair 2023 Kept Going
The exhibition reported approximately 105,000 trade guests from 130 countries, which suggests it is recovering from the epidemic despite global affairs. The fair’s organizers reported that ticket sales have generally increased, partly due to the addition of various additional public events.
The rights trade is still at the center of the fair’s professional side. This year’s Literary Agents and Scouts Center (LitAg) attracted 326 agencies from more than 30 different countries, filling a record 584 tables. Alongside the LitAg, an additional Publishers Rights Center delegated for publishing rights managers opened.
One of ReadersMagnet’s Authors Shook Hands With a Very Important Person
During our time there at Frankfurter Buchmesse 2023, one of our authors had the opportunity to shake hands with the American Ambassador to Germany!
He was just walking along the booths, looking at the books and authors there, until we spotted him. He was with his spouse, and we were extremely happy to have had the opportunity to meet him. We shook hands with him, exchanged pleasantries, talked briefly, and then he had to go eventually.
It was an incredible experience that will stay with us for a long time!
Book Signings and Meet-&-Greets Galore
Frankfurter Book Fair 2023 had a lot of authors and readers meeting and greeting each other. ReadersMagnet also had our fair share of meet and greet since we had a book signing booth for some of our authors. The crowd was so supportive of our authors. Many of them were also new readers, organically discovering our authors’ books.

Being there has genuinely expanded our authors’ reach, and they’ve certainly gained new fans. The Frankfurter Book Fair 2023 is an event we look forward to attending next time!
People Had Fun Writing Their Favorite Books on Our Booth
ReadersMagnet had a fun idea to let people write down their favorite book on a designated portion of the wall. The answers that people wrote down are absolutely interesting. Some wrote down famous book series like The Hunger Games. Others wrote down some non-fiction literary works of art, too.
It’s honestly impressive how diverse every reader’s taste in books is. But see, that’s the beauty of it. Through the difference in our tastes, we can create a passionate community of authors, readers, and publishers who all share one goal: to give everybody a wonderful read.

The Readersmagnet in Frankfurt Book Fair 2023 was a unique experience for us and our authors. Even more astonishing was the amount of love readers from around the world poured into our booth, blessing us with their time and attention.
